1. Universal Provisions
Welcome to the digital storefront of Sweet Pi. By accessing our artisan candy catalog or engaging in wholesale procurement, you're agreeing to the legal framework outlined below. We've designed these terms to ensure transparency in our confectionary production pipeline.
Do you have questions about our lead times or branding rights? Our legal department is here to clarify any granular details regarding your specific confectionery contract.
2. Custom Mold & Branding Rights
When you commission custom branded candies, specific stipulations regarding mold ownership apply. At Sweet Pi, we maintain ownership of physical molds unless a buy-out agreement is executed. We're committed to protecting your intellectual property while preserving our production efficiency.
3. FDA Compliance & Safety
Our facility operates under strict FDA compliance limitations. We don't just make sugar treats; we engineer safe food products. All ingredients are documented for traceability. Our artisan creations are produced in a facility that handles nuts and dairy—please review all allergen disclosures before finalizing bulk candy supply orders.
4. Bulk Wholesale & Refund Protocols
Wholesale refund protocols at Sweet Pi are rigorous. Due to the perishable nature of our artisan treats, we only issue credits for shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery. We believe in our product, but we're also realistic about the logistics of sugar. High-volume orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure production slots.
Partner Experiences
"Why did we choose Sweet Pi? Because their wholesale refund protocol actually respects the reality of high-volume seasonal retail. We've moved 15,000 units of custom holiday bark with zero quality issues. Truly the gold standard for confectionary production in the US."
Jadeen Cosner, Purchasing Director
"Their FDA compliance and ingredient transparency is top-notch. I don't worry about allergen cross-contamination here."
Gislane S.
"Our custom branded candies arrived on time for our tech summit. The sugar molding detail was sharper than our own UI designs! We're coming back for the Q4 seasonal collection."
